Steps to Reproduce

1. There currently seems to be no way to use the spotters ranger pocket
2. It should be easy to deploy
3. Might be that the E keybinding did not get bound
4. Or that there is a double keybinding for both abilities that overrides it

Explanation

Spotters ranger pocket cant be deployed. It always defaults to the dart even if you press E first.
