Inconsistent Gravity Effect with Anti-Grav Column

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place the anti-grav column traversal tool with haste
2. Your jump height should be noticeably less than expected
3. You won't reach the full height of the column

Explanation

Sometimes when using the Anti-Grav column traversal tool, you get lowered gravity instead of near-zero gravity. I think it happens more often when I try to use the column speedily, or when I try to use the column right after placing it. Though I know its not because of the anti-grav activating after I've already left the ground, because I would land on the ground and jump again and retain the lessened effect. It works how it should if I leave and re-enter the field.
