Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold RMB for pick axe.
2. Click LMB for power attack very quickly and it will sometimes not execute the power attack but go on cooldown.

Explanation

When using pick axe power attack there is a window when releasing LMB where the powerattack gets canceled yet put on cooldown.
