Steps to Reproduce

1. I died on the previous level
2. My friend went on without picking me up after being placed in the cocoon on the next level
3. I was just there on my end nothing loaded
4. I kept falling into the void

Explanation

I got placed in what I can only describe as purgatory after dying on the previous level
