Steps to Reproduce
- Walk up to the pipe/button
- If your body clips in the pipe/button you're s******
Explanation
You can get stuck on a refinery pipe or the Call Escape Pod button in any Refinery mission which effectively softlocks you if you are playing solo. This happened to me twice in a row, first time was on a Morkite Refinery Pipe and the second was on the Summon Escape Pod button on both of those missions I died right before the Escape Pod left so both of those counted as a mission failure.

I would like to add that it happened again right on the next mission, but this time on a pumpjack.
