Steps to Reproduce

1. Grind out all pickaxe parts from crates
2. Start giving you reclaimer paintjobs in the crates
3. Grind out all of these
4. Now have roughly 50% of your crates will claim you have all Cosmetics
5. The other 50% of the time you will get a headwear, head accessory, eyebrows, sideburns, moustache, beard, or hair color

Explanation

Cosmetic crates are bugged in a way that once you claim all pickaxe parts and Reclaimer paintjobs 50% of your cosmetic crates will claim you have all cosmetics in the crate when you do not. Since you can easily get all pickaxe parts and Reclaimer paintjobs soon roughly 50% of your cosmetic crates will claim you have all cosmetics even if you don't. Next part is my guess on the problem. Cosmetic crates are formatted into 2 pools. Pool 1: First it's pickaxe parts after all of those are claimed you get Reclaimer Paintjobs after that this pool will claim you have got all cosmetics in crates. Pool 2: Is literally everything else.
