Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip "Steady Aim IV"
  2. Start mission
  3. Hit Esc
  4. Check build

Explanation

The "Steady Aim IV" perk is providing 00.3% (x0.997) recoil reduction and 00.4% (0.996) movement spread reduction instead of 30% (0.7) and 40% (0.6) respectively.
