Steps to Reproduce

1. we were playing with two dwarves, a slicer and a guardian
2. got the artifact
3. when the only one without the artifact went down, the other didn't get the buff

Explanation

front line medic which normally would boost revive speed and provide stone skin when my party members are downed does not seem to provide any stone skin.
