Steps to Reproduce

1. Get caught by a cave leech
2. Let it take you to the ceiling

Explanation

So did a mission with Cave Leeches and each time I was grabbed by one, my camera went to the elevator and I lost access to whatever weapon I was using at the time. On a grab where I was fully taken to the ceiling, I lost the models for all of my equipment and couldn't shoot/axe/equipment anything. I was able to still pick up the stones for the boss and toss those, but that was it.
