Steps to Reproduce

1. engage a Sentinel Specter
2. use a 40% cryo breach cutter

Explanation

rogue core:
breach just insta-kills Sentinel Specter and gets its gem gets glitched into the ground (as shown by its red light flickering in the ground at the end of the video) until someone digs it up where it will pop out at a random place.
