Steps to Reproduce

1. Be in a game
2. Lose connection
3. Let the team upgrades
4. Rejoin
5. No upgrades :(

Explanation

When the game lags, and I lose connection, and then my team upgrades, and I rejoin, I miss all the upgrades. I just missed 3 upgrades and I am salty.
