Steps to Reproduce

1. I was jumping around a lot and I think I fell into that position or I could have been climbing.
2. I got surrounded shortly after.

Explanation

Got stuck on the oil extracting pipeline. Was not able to move at all once stuck and was not able to be revived once downed. This happened after we had completed the mission and the pipelines could not be taken apart.
