Incomplete Reclaimer Parts on Main Save After Switching from Backup

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete the first two missions of the Rogue Core assignment on a different save
2. Switch to the main save

Explanation

I did the first two missions of the Rogue Core assignment to get the limited time pickaxe, but I hadn't realized I was on a back-up save I'd made the last time I played the game a few months ago. I switched back to the main save, and although I no longer had the first two pickaxe parts which I expected, I was still halfway through the assignment. Because I couldn't abandon it, I had no choice but to finis**** with no way to repeat the first two missions, so now I have the reclaimer front blade, back blade, shaft, head, and paintjob, but do NOT have the reclaimer handle or pommel. Picture is the five parts I have unlocked, with Company Standard on the two missing.
