Game Skips Loading Screen and Softlocks Player at Start

Steps to Reproduce

1. join a game during game start
2. skip loading screen
3. see the map generate while sitting in the drop pod
4. Im stuck in the pod, cant get out.
5. restart game and reconnect to fix issue.

Explanation

Joining a lobby where the game is just starting skips the loading screen. I joined at the specific moment the game was starting. While skipping the loading screen I can see the map load, from inside the drop pod. I am then softlocked and need to restart the game. This also skips class selection and had me join in as scout, even though the class-limiter was active. (would have been gunner).
The "everyone has loaded" triggered just as I connected, starting the mission even though Im not loaded yet. Solution: I would rather have time to select a character, and join in a mini drop pod. Then nobody has to wait for me, and I can select the character.
