Mission Failure Post Deep Scan: Resupplies and Drop Pod Intangible

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete a deep scan mission.
2. Take jet boots and fly up to the top of the drillevator.
3. Place a few platforms over the h*** and call a resupply.
4. Break the platforms and drop the resupply.
5. The resupply will almost always drop down a bit and stop midair. It still works properly but will be floating.
6. This is when things can rarely bug out and make the mission almost impossible.

Explanation

The entire mission bugs out after a completed deep scan. Resupplies and drop pod become intangible and pickups that were on the ground were unable to be picked up. I think it is caused by calling a resupply in a funny way, but am unsure.
