Steps to Reproduce

1. Be caught by a leech
2. (in sandblasted corridors?)
3. (in singleplayer?)
4. Start calling for help

Explanation

I was on Escort mission in Sandblasted corridors, got caught by a leech, started calling for Bosco, but got to first person mod instead
