Incorrect stat recording for 'Attempted Facilities' in 'Operations Command' Statistics menu

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Operations Command
2. Click on "STATISTICS"
3. Observe "Attempted Facilities" stat compared to other facility / level stats

Explanation

In "Statistics" menu of "Operations Command", "Attempted Facilities" stat is recording "Attempted Levels" instead of facilities. "Attempted Facilities" should be triggering off of missions attempted, not each level attempted within that specific mission.
