Ore UI gets stuck to cursor after alt-tabbing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hover over any ore in the UI in any menu
2. Alt tab
3. Tab back in
4. Click esc
5. Observe that it gets stuck to your cursor
6. This persists until you interact with other elements of the UI

Explanation

Ore UI gets stuck to cursor in game when I alt tab when hovering over it, it seems to be the only UI element that still stays hovered when you alt tab and then when you exit the menu its on it gets stuck to your cursor, and only when you hover over another ore it goes away.
