Steps to Reproduce

1. Not sure on exact steps to reproduce, this was after I launched the game for the first time that day.
2. I got a normal Mission Malfunction screen just before with XP and it worked when I selected Close.

Explanation

I had a Mission Malfunction screen pop up with zero XP showing. When you clicked Close nothing happened, the pop up remained. I had to press escape to get it to dissapear
