Explanation
This isn't a bug report but I have no other way to get in contact. I've contacted twice via the website but haven't had a response.
I bought the game plus several DLCs totalling over £100 a while ago, and nearly unlocked everything in the game.
I bought two other games through Steam over a period of months, and tried them for no more than an hour, both being premature releases and both unplayable. Steam lied that I'd played them for several days, and refused a refund, so I charged back, and they've permanently and unlawfully blocked my account from online play. They've told me that I'm welcome to create a new account and buy all of my games again, which I shouldn't have to do.
I've reached out to all of the developers of the games I had to ask for a key to get the games on my new account and have my progress transferred, and while most claimed they couldn't, both Outlast Trials and Stardew Valley did so without question.
Given I've spent so much time and money on DRG, could you please issue a key and transfer my progress once redeemed?
I can provide proof of ownership of both of my accounts, plus proof of ownership of DRG and the DLCs on my old account. DRG is the last game I'm trying to get transferred before I delete my old Steam account.
