Last mission completion not registering in assignments

Regression of:	#30 Completed Missions Not Counting Towards Assignments in Deep Rock Galactic This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate an assignment
2. Do all the missions
3. Upon completing the last mission, notice that it doesn't actually register
4. There is no voiceover
5. There are no rewards
6. The tracker says you still need to do the mission
7. The mission you just did (or its doppelganger, if missions refreshed) is still highlighted as your current level/mission/objective

Explanation

Three times in the past 2-3 days, completing the last mission in an assignment has not registered. I have had to complete the last mission multiple times in order for the assignment to finally complete and issue rewards. It has happened both when the host leaves immediately upon going back to lobby and when we all stick around. This is rather frustrating and feels like I've wasted 20+ minutes every time.
