Double warning missions not updating progress for specific milestones

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an uncompleted milestone of "Complete mission with X warning"
2. Do a double warning mission that has that warning
3. No profit

Explanation

Double warning missions not awarding any progress towards warning milestones.
If There is an uncompleted milestone of let's say Duck and Cover, and a double warning mission where one of the warnings is Duck and Cover is completed, no progress will be logged in the milestones screen.
