Steps to Reproduce

1. Shoot a barnacle in the ceiling in a closed space or where the ceiling/barnacle is close to the player
2. If the barnacle lands under the player it can lead to instant death

Explanation

Bha barnacles have collision which can instakill the player due to physics breaking
