Promotion Terminal Menu Options Not Visible After Ending Multiplayer Session

Steps to Reproduce

1. try to promote after a multiplayer lobby was ended by the host.

Explanation

The multiplayer session I was in was ended by the host, when the spacerig loaded in for me in singleplayer with no mission selected, I decided to promote my dwarf. I went to the promotion terminal, pressed e and selected gunner for promotion, but none of the menu options for promoting were visible, and I couldn't click them. I could click the different dwarves and the back button though.

I then clicked back to leave the terminal's menu, hit escape and clicked disband team. the spacerig reloaded, I went back to the terminal, and had the same experience.

Then I clicked back, then escape, then respawn. I tried to promote but had the same issue.

Then I clicked back, then escape, then exit to desktop. loaded drg back up through steam, tried to promote and still had the issue.
