Steps to Reproduce
- Equip 2-shot burst with the full auto overclock
- Fire the weapon and watch a burst come out
- Continue firing the weapon and watch as it just fires in full auto
- Stop firing and start firing again, it keeps doing full auto
- Switch to another weapon/tool and switch back and watch it fire a single burst before doing full auto again
Explanation
2-shot burst on the Subata does not work with the full auto overclock.
Yes, this has been reported twice before on the pleasefix page, one closed by a GSG team member stating it was "intentional", the other not close but Ser Pounce also saying it is intentional.
It isn't, this lie has been going on pretty long now and the gaslighting really has to stop, this is not functional, at least towards what players want/expect and not even what GSG supposedly want it to do with their "intention."
If you combine these two, you will notice the Subata fire a single burst, then just fire full auto in a normal fashion but with the much slower 6 rate of fire, this is not intentional or practical in any way. You lose the entire selling point of the upgrade, that being the armor breaking, and still lose significant DPS, all the while it handles awfully, even when the upgrade is supposed to supposedly help handling. Even if you stop firing, you don't then get another burst when you pull the trigger again, you have to entirely switch away and back to the weapon just for 1 burst, supposedly this is intentional.
What they are apparently going for is a slower but easier to control full auto, except, it isn't. The change of "mass" to the recoil makes the weapon slower at recovering from it. The entire time, T3A "Recoil Compensator" was already a thing that was entirely designed for the purpose of handling, it halves the recoil, and even reduces spread per shot by 33% ontop of that, without screwing the gun!
Just please don't dismiss this with the same reasoning and lie, please just fix the combination from legitimately downgrading the weapon. Or that that point, replace 2-shot with a straight up armor breaking upgrade.

Just tested and can confirm this happens. This behavior where a single burst happens only after switching weapons cannot possibly be intentional, it's way too janky. The slower full-auto fire rate does appear to be working, but that is a separate topic.
