Steps to Reproduce

1. Contact me for logs if necessary.
2. It comes seemingly randomly.

Explanation

Running under linux, proton experimental, the game seemingly randomly starts jittering. It is triggered by mouse movement. Alt-tabing out, the game shows the game running smooth again. The fram-drops never go away, even loading another mission. Here is a video of it following me onto the space rig:
