Omen Modular Exterminator Continuously Shoots at Steeve's Corpse During Yuletide Quest

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter mission: Yuletide Quest Line- Deep Scans
2. Locate Omen Modular Exterminator
3. Using Beast Master, tame a Glyphid Guard
4. Activate Omen Modular Exterminator
5. Steeve Dies to Heavy Burster module
6. Turret will focus Steeve's corpse
7. The end :)

Explanation

When doing a mission, I encountered a bug in which the Omen Modular Exterminator will recognize Steeve as still being alive, and the Heavy Burster will continuously shoot at the corpse until disabled. Please see clip for reference -

when reviewing i also noticed it did not have any animation to it aswell.
