Rival Presence Warning Incorrectly Overlaying Crystalline Caverns Region

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unsure if this will reproduce consistently.
2. I am completing season 2.
3. I have recently changed back from season 3 or 4 (can't remember which).
4. This may have had something to do with the mix up of lithophage outbreak and rival presence.

Explanation

Rival presence warning appearing over the wrong region in the mission selection map.
When hovering cursor over the season challenge "complete 2 rival presence warnings" on the region view in the mission selection map, the rival presence icon appears over a particular region (in this case, appears over crystalline caverns) to indicate there is a rival presence mission in this region. However, entering this region reveals no rival presence missions. There are other rival presence missions in different regions (glacial strata, hollow bough, and fungus bogs), but they are not indicated by a rival presence warning at the region view - i.e. both false positive and false negative previews of the warning.
I would guess the false positive indication of rival presence was instead indicating the lithophage outbreak warning, as that was the only instance of that warning across all the missions at the time.
