Steps to Reproduce
- Enter the forge table in a public lobby
- Start the forging process for any item
- Get kicked from the lobby while the forging animation is in progress
- Observe that your item has the completed status in your forge table but you do not receive the item itself
Explanation
I was in a public lobby and was forging the item “bound braid” at the forge table and in the middle of a forge animation I was kicked from the lobby, once I loaded back in the item appeared in my forge history but is absent from my wardrobe

The item is unlocked before the animation begins, so the kick shouldn't affect it being in your wardrobe. Overclock cosmetics are per-class, so check which class it was forged for, and then check that wardrobe.
