Audio Disconnection on PS4 Controller Connection Post-Launch

Steps to Reproduce

1. Running on Steam using a Laptop with Windows 11.
2. If my PS4 controller is unplugged and I attempt to plug it in after game launch, all Audio immediately stops.
3. Fiddling with in-game audio settings has no effect.
4. Exiting and relaunching the game with controller plugged in, it will operate normally.

Explanation

Audio cuts out and only returns after game restart when plugging in a PS4 controller on PC
