ECR overclock broken by Blowthrough Rounds on LOK-1 Smart Rifle

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the LOK-1 Smart Rifle with the ECR overclock and the Blowthrough upgrade.
2. Lock onto a Swarmer with at least 3 locks, and shoot. No explosion occurs.
3. Lock onto a Grunt with at least 3 locks, and shoot. Explosion occurs and the overclock works as intended.
4. Repeat the previous steps but without the Blowthrough upgrade. The overclock works properly.

Explanation

The Explosive Chemical Rounds overclock (ECR) on the LOK-1 Smart Rifle gets broken by the Blowthrough Rounds upgrade. If the target takes less than 3 shots to kill, it just blowthroughs instead of exploding. This causes ECR to be completely useless against enemies like Swarmers.
