Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the EPC with Heavy Hitter, T1 Damage, and Burning Nightmare so you get to 20 heat buildup per shot.
2. Shoot the Goo puddle on the ground that ignites on 20 heat.
3. Shoot the puddle.

Explanation

40 Damage Burning Nightmare EPC does not ignite goo puddles in a single shot shot.
