Microphone Not Working After Changing Audio Output in Game

Steps to Reproduce

1. I changed from the standard output to the virtual cable
2. changed back before a few days to standard
3. dont work anymore
4. the decibels is stuck in 0
5. even I click to change its cant go up or change the audio output

Explanation

Hello, I was using OBS to process my microphone and using an audio plugin called vb audio virtual cable to make an audio output, to remove echo noise among other things that may appear, normally there has never been any problem, not even on discord or other games, but in drg when I changed from the standard output to the virtual cable it worked normally, but from the virtual to the real audio output the microphone never worked again within the game, even pressing the speech button the symbol does not appear and in settings apparently the game recognizes that there is a microphone, I don't know if there is a solution or an error on my part, I tried repairing the files, restarting and so on, I haven't tried uninstalling and installing yet
I noticed that it is not possible to change the decibels
