Character stuck in upward spin after drinking Tunnel Rat and accessing Assignment Board

Steps to Reproduce

1. At an UNK moment while in the drinking animation for the Tunnel Rat, access the Assignment Board
2. That's it, really. Upon exiting, the character begins spinning rapidly, looking up, unable to stop.

Explanation

This is a minor bug, more of a one-off inconvenience that resulted in me losing three barley bulbs.

I drank my Tunnel Rat and simultaneously opened the Assignment Board. When I exited the terminal, I was stuck looking up and spinning rapidly. I could not stop the spinning, and my attempts to look down were overridden by the bug forcing me to look up. I could not walk, either.
I tried unplugging my mouse but that wasn't the issue. I was still able to access the Mission Selection screen with Tab and the Escape Menu.
I was able to break free of the looky-uppy death spin by disbanding the lobby. I attempted to reproduce the bug with another daily special beer, but was unsuccessful. I don't want to spend all my barley bulbs trying to find the exact timing, so I'll leave that up to the devs if they want to play around with this.
I wish I could be more helpful. In my opinion, it is not a severe bug at all, certainly not game breaking. It was just inconvenient to lose my hard-earned barley bulbs to the glitch.
