Steps to Reproduce
- Manually set the time to a wrong time
- That might work for reproduction
Explanation
Server browser mission time is defined by
"Server Time Now (with timezone+summer winter time)" -
"Client Local Time(withOUT timezone+summer winter time) at the start of the mission".
In other words:
Me (wrong local time): 16:00
Server (correct time): 18:00
Mission time displayed: 2 hours
Actual mission time: 0 hours 0 minutes
Again this is only in the server browser for other people, I don't actually see it myself.
The in game mission time is correct.
This only happens when the time isn't synced properly. And it happens to me, regularly, because I'm dual booting linux and that messes with the system time, for who knows what reason, and also the time sync doesn't happen automatically, even though it should.
The problem happens on windows 10. Don't know about 11.
Does not impact gameplay in any way.
Occasionally people show up in my games out of curiosity and ask about it.
Assumed solution: Just don't use my local time when I start the game.

We are aware of issues when people change their system time, but we cannot make a solution for it, that doesnt cause more issues, so we are not going to fix it
