Corestone Phase 2 Bug: Invulnerability After Rebuilding

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start corestone event
2. Detonate Bulk Detonator on corestone when it can be damaged
3. Corestone will start rebuilding and shatter instantly after finishing causing it to be invulnerable

Explanation

Detonated a bulk detonator on the corestone, instantly bringing it to phase 2 and causing the rebuilding phase to bug out. The moment it rebuild its casing it shattered on its own cause there was no ground beneath it, this in turn caused the corestone to become invulnerable and impossible to complete.
