Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a call with someone on Discord
  2. launch the game
  3. look around in hub world or in a mission

Explanation

Playing while on a Discord call causes stuttering. Only way to fix the issue is to hang up the call. No setting in discord fixes the issue. Issue happens in both dx11 and dx12.
