Steps to Reproduce

1. Put 'Static Discharge' as tier 4 upgrade on armour rig
2. Go in a mission and let a bug break your shield
3. Bug gets 'Electric' effect, but no stun.

Explanation

Armour tier 4 upgrade "Static Discharge" either works incorrectly or its description is wrong. In its description it says "Whenever your shield breaks it releases a static discharge that has a chance to stun nearby enemies," but it puts "Electric" effect on them, which can not stun, but only slows and damages enemies a little.
