Steps to Reproduce
- Force a corestone event over on-site refining pipes
- Lay down a bunch of them near by on the walls where they usually spawn
- Have some running inside the walls
Explanation
On-site refining, if there is one of the new core stones that open a rift on a pipeline that is already fully built it can cause it to be inaccessible. There are two portions of the rift, one is mineable and the inner white section can not be destroyed.

Seen without any mods. I was able to work around the issue with a well placed supply drop that gave me access to the damaged pipe node that just happened to be in the middle of the core stone rift.
