Steps to Reproduce

1. Unlock and purchase a new weapon
2. The options for framework and paintjob are missing
3. Switch to another weapon
4. Switch back to the new weapon
5. The options will now be available

Explanation

When unlocking a new weapon, the framework and paintjob options do not appear. After switching to another weapon and switching back, the options for framework and paintjob are present.
