Grappling Hook T4A 'Safety First' Upgrade Persists Fall Damage Reduction

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take Scout's T4A upgrade on the grappling hook
2. Go to a mission
3. Use a hook at least once
4. Now you have semi-permanent fall damage reduction

Explanation

Tier 4 upgrade "Safety First" for Grappling Hook does not work as intended. It should work only shortly after releasing the grapling hook, but at the moment it works semi-permanently - the fall damage reduction will stay until dwarf dies. It can be reapplied by using the hook again. If combined with Scout's armour Tier 3 upgrade it gives 58% damage fall damage reduction. If you add beer "Tunnel Rats" into this combination, Scout gets 118% fall damage reduction, making Scout fully immune to fall damage.
