Steps to Reproduce
- Complete hazard 5 dive in crystalline caverns
- Check achievemnts on Steam
- Achievement not unlocked
Explanation
On DRG Survivor achievements seem to be bugged for Hazard 5 completion.
I have cleared all stages but the achievements are not unlocked.
