Explanation
my game keeps randomly crashing with an error like this: "Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000a5c deep-rock-galactic@v112417" i have no clue where the problem is. sometimes the game even freezes my entire pc or makes it bluescreen

Try verifying the games files in Steam:
In Steam, right click on the game and navigate to
Properties>Installed Files>Verify integrity of game files
If that doesn't resolves the issue, trying running the game as administrator:
In Steam, right click on the game and navigate to
Properties>Compatibility>Check "Run as administrator"
If neither of those resolve the issue, it is likely an issue with your machine such as old graphics drivers or a deeper RAM issue.
