Explanation

my game keeps randomly crashing with an error like this: "Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000a5c deep-rock-galactic@v112417" i have no clue where the problem is. sometimes the game even freezes my entire pc or makes it bluescreen
