Drak Decontaminator Barrel Texture Issue Since Pack Release

Steps to Reproduce

1. This is omnipresent on this framework, but is especially bad with certain skins like megacorp that have high contrast.
2. This is the only framework in the game that has this issue as far as I'm aware.

Explanation

The Decontaminator Drak has a broken texture on it's barrel, and it's been broken since the pack was released. One side uses the correct texture, but has clipping, and the rest of the barrel is the wrong texture entirely. I can't bring myself to use this framework on the drak because it bugs me so much.
