Steps to Reproduce

1. Unknown, I have not noticed any solid reoccurring factors.
2. Trying to think back, it 'appears' to always be a ( Location Type Seasonal Challenge )
3. Playing on PC, with Playstation 4 Controller

Explanation

Seasonal Challenges Not Awarding Completion Point, even when receiving a point for completion of an appropriate mission, doing the same mission again may not reward a completion point.
This happens semi regularly, 1 in every 10 missions
