Explanation
I am region locked to Russian and Chinese servers when logging back on after two months of inactivity. I have lived in the USA my entire life and I have never logged on to this game outside the USA. My steam account is set to USA. I do not have any VPNs on this computer. Changing server distance does not fix the problem. Launching the game in alternative versions (including safe mode) does not work. Disabling all my mods through Modhub does not work. Reinstallation does not work. I am not in legacy mode. The only thing that works is joining an American's party but that is unreliable long-term. Other Steam games (CS2) does not have this issue, so I am assuming it is only this game that is the problem.

I live on the East Coast of the United States. Nowhere near Europe. What is the name of the company who sets the regions? And is there anything you can do to contact them about this issue? I know of at least one other person with the same issue as mine.
I am not sure why you are getting this issue. Maybe you live in a part of the US that are very close to those countries? We do not set the regions, we use a general list provided by another company.
