Steps to Reproduce

1. I don't use any mods
2. I finished season 1
3. I finished season 4
4. I finished season 5
5. Doing the 2nd season now

Explanation

Rival Warning being indicated by season 2 challenges but when clicking on Glacial Strata no rival warnings are here, also with double warning if one of them is Rival the Season challenge doesn't register it, I finished the double warning with Rival and it provide the reward for finishing the mission.
