Explanation

My scanner in the deep scan mission disappeared after the fourth scan and now I can't complete the mission due to it requiring five. It is impossible to find the fifth one because there are no audio queues or visual queues on where the last crystal was. I checked a decent amount of the cave trying to listen for the usual sound for when you are right on top of it but I found nothing. I either think that the last crystal to be scanned didn't spawn into the cave or somehow, it was far enough to the point where it thought that the mission was over with and quit out of the scanner ui without sending the drillevator because requirements weren't met. Or maybe the scanner just disappeared for no reason at all, I don't know.
