Explanation

During a salvage mission, the uplink box did not drop as Molly appeared to be stuck in the upper portion of the drop pod (laser pointer shown her in the top of the pod), resulting in a soft lock. No amount of platform stacking in an attempt to "nudge her back into place" worked. Nothing out of the ordinary, to our knowledge, happened beforehand
