Steps to Reproduce

  1. went to the Menu, Modding Tab
  2. was prompted to accept Terms of Use
  3. stuck in a page where the INSTALL MODS button is grayed out
  4. tried restarting the game
  5. tried reinstalling the game

Explanation

I can't access the mod tab on DRG properly. I open the menu and go to the modding tab, but keep getting stuck in a loop of accepting Terms of Use before getting greeted an empty mod page with no options.

Additionally, I crashed twice after going back and out of the modding tab. Got Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
